If you wish to return an item(s), email us at info@joes-remedies.co.uk and state that you would like to do so. Due to the nature of the products we offer, all goods are non-returnable. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective you may request a refund or an exchange.

Step 1. Raise a return by emailing info@joes-remedies.co.uk and do this within 30 days from the date of receiving your goods

Step 3. You will be sent a returns label with a returns address

Step 4. Upon receipt of the goods we will process the refund immediately, please be advised that this can take up to 10 working days depending on which bank you use
